After 19 succesful years in Duncans Mills, Shirley has moved her gallery to Glen
Ellen in Jack London Village. We are sad that she has left but now her
gallery is only 5 minutes from her home rather than an hour and a half drive!
We will miss her but we wish her all the best.
A native of Sonoma County, Shirley is an avid plein air painter. She enjoys working with oil and pastel and she is challenged by the desire to capture the changing seasons of her subjects. The peaceful scenery of Sonoma County has inspired paintings of lush vineyards, majestic redwoods, rugged coastlines and the rolling hills.
Shirley may be found Sundays in her art gallery in Glen Ellen, Jack London Village, putting finishing touches on her plein air paintings. She is there from 12:00 to 5:00 pm. "First Saturdays" Shirley often offers a free painting demonstration at 1:00 pm and again at 4:00 pm. Please call the gallery to confirm.
